In mainland Portugal, items in stock shipped via Intercourier will be dispatched within 2 to 4 days. The maximum delivery time after shipment confirmation is 48 hours.

You have 15 days from the date of receipt to request an exchange or return by emailing info@hpdrones.pro. The item must be returned in its original packaging, showing no signs of use, with tags and labels intact, and accompanied by the sales receipt. Once the product has been inspected, the refund will be processed within 7 days via the original payment method or bank transfer.

For credit card payments, the charge will be processed after order confirmation; if any service or product cannot be provided, the corresponding amount will be credited to your card after the order is finalized.

All equipment has a 3-year warranty, in accordance with Decree-Law No. 84/2021, with the exception of batteries, whose warranty is 12 months or limited to the maximum number of charge cycles, whichever comes first.
