What is the Worry-Free Plus Combo?
To ensure safe operation, if your product suffers flight accidents such as crashes, water damage or accidents related to signal interference, within 12 months of activation, we will provide affordable replacements or free repairs, depending on the type of combo.

The Worry-Free Basic Combo provides up to two affordable replacements. After paying the corresponding replacement fee, the damaged product can be replaced with a properly functioning one*.

The item must be returned in its original packaging, showing no signs of use, with tags and labels intact, and accompanied by the sales receipt. Once the product has been inspected, the refund will be processed within 7 days via the original payment method or bank transfer.
