You have 15 days from the date of receipt to request an exchange or return by emailing info@hpdrones.pro. The item must be returned in its original packaging, showing no signs of use, with tags and labels intact, and accompanied by the sales receipt. All equipment has a 3-year warranty, in accordance with Decree-Law No. 84/2021, with the exception of batteries, whose warranty is 12 months or limited to the maximum number of charge cycles, whichever comes first.
