You have 15 days from the date of receipt to request an exchange or return by emailing info@hpdrones.pro. The item must be returned in its original packaging, showing no signs of use, with tags and labels intact, and accompanied by the sales receipt. Once the product has been inspected, the refund will be processed within 7 days via the original payment method or bank transfer.

All equipment has a 3-year warranty, in accordance with Decree-Law No. 84/2021, with the exception of batteries, whose warranty is 12 months or limited to the maximum number of charge cycles, whichever comes first. In case of manufacturing defect or malfunction, please contact us with the order number and a description of the problem. The shipping costs for technical analysis are borne by the customer; if the non-conformity is confirmed by the brand, we will proceed with the replacement and resh
