  • Transportation Details

    In mainland Portugal, items in stock shipped via Intercourier will be dispatched within 2 to 4 days. The maximum delivery time after shipment confirmation is 48 hours.

  • Exchanges and Returns

    You have 15 days from the date of receipt to request an exchange or return by emailing info@hpdrones.pro. The item must be returned in its original packaging, showing no signs of use, with tags and labels intact, and accompanied by the sales receipt. Once the product has been inspected, the refund will be processed within 7 days via the original payment method or bank transfer.
